- The Pension Performance Review Company provides a step-by-step process to analyse clients’ pensions and, where appropriate, to produce a fully compliant recommendation to transfer those pensions onto a wrap. Our bespoke software is currently used by around 100 specialist advisers who focus on this area, but we have now responded to widespread demand and are offering it to any IFAs who wish to get into, or improve their performance in, this market.

About Paul Cadde
Paul Cadde is recognised as a key player in the financial services profession. Unlike other coaches, Paul has an impressive pedigree as a financial adviser and manager, and is still a practising IFA today.
In 1985 he joined Abbey Life and quickly became one of their top sales associates.
Recognising his sales and management skills, Abbey Life promoted him to assistant branch manager. He had to recruit and train a brand new team. His team, one of four teams in the branch, managed in just six months to create nearly as high a sales revenue as the full year’s turnover of the top team.
In its first full year, Paul’s team was number 40 out of over 200 Abbey Life teams nationwide. In its second full year his team jumped up to number 20.
In April 1990 Paul was head hunted by Manulife (later to become Canada Life) to set up a green field operation in Hampshire. From a standing start he created a winning team of advisers, moving his branch into number 13 out of 39 UK branches in just nine months.
In 1994 he set up his own practice as an Independent Financial Adviser. His personal turnover in his first year was over £70,000, which he systematically increased every year, reaching a personal production of over £700,000 a year by the year 2000. A ten-fold increase in personal turnover in only six years.
Also in 2000, Paul created the Tax Control Formula™, which is a step-by-step process to help shareholding directors and their companies control tax. A year later, he created the Future Certainty Solution™, to help those directors and other successful individuals become financially well organised, achieve their goals, and create a more certain and secure future. A number of practices are now licensed by Paul to use the Tax Control Formula and/or the Future Certainty Solution with their own clients.
In 2001 he began Adviser Breakthrough Solutions as a coaching business, helping advisers to achieve a similar success. Since its inception, the coaching business has trained well over 1,000 advisers, helping them improve their financial planning practices and the service they provide to their clients.
