They were looking for advice related to a potential tax problem that their accountant could not find an answer to. It was something I knew about but I telephoned your office for advice. You returned my call to explain what could be provided as a solution. You discussed the costs and I agreed to the charge in order to get the business from my client. Not really believing that I could get away with charging my clients a fee, I telephoned them to tell them that I thought I had the solution, but it would cost them a fee. "I have been slugging it out for a couple of years now writing very high levels of business personally, with no admin support. It has been self evident to me that I am working at maximum capacity, that I am burning out, and that I need to restructure the way I do business and organise my business if I am to keep writing business at this level, let alone increase business levels which I always aspire to. I have long held it a personal goal to write £1m in a year! - I know enough people (in other industries) who earn this kind of money to believe that it would be good to be able (at least) to write it too!When I heard that Paul was writing business at these levels, I knew that at the very least I could learn something about how to organise a business to allow the space to write business at this level, and of course there must be some very effective marketing going on too to make this possible.My expectations therefore going along to the very first workshop were that I might get a glimpse of how he does these two things. At a cost of only £50, going along was a no-brainer. My expectations were exceeded. There was enough in the initial workshop to bolt together some improvements to my business which would achieve some of my aims. Signing up to the full programme though, it is clear that Paul is making it as easy as it gets to follow his trail, by making available pretty much all of the marketing and sales material, along with the organisational stuff to get you where you want to go. It's up to us to grasp the challenge, make the changes and run, if we wish. As Paul said many times in the workshop, "a wise man learns from someone else's mistakes", and there is no doubt in my mind that I can learn from Paul's mistakes and save myself years and £££ - I will be surprised if I don't double my turnover in the course of the year, (and in that context the cost looks like a bargain to me!)."
