How much additional profit have you made so far this year using the ?sell by date? opportunity of a SSAS?
Originally sent: April 28, 2005How much additional profit have you made so far this year using the sell by date opportunity of a SSAS?
Do you actively use SSAS to help your clients save substantial sums of tax in ways that don?t impact on their cashflow?
Do you show your clients how they can use a SSAS to ringfence key company assets?
Can you demonstrate to a client how to cut the total cost of property investment almost in half by using the power of a SSAS?
Are you confident about showing a client how to become banker to his or her own business by using a SSAS?
Are you joining the ranks of successful IFAs who are showing clients how to take advantage of these and other concepts before opportunities are modified or even disappear altogether on 6th April next year?
If not, why not?
Did you perhaps mistakenly believe your client could only do these things if there was already a SSAS in place? Or are you slightly uncertain about the rules and how to ensure your client follows those rules and still obtains the benefits?
If you are not already advising existing clients on how to maximise these opportunities before it is too late, and if you are not already visiting family controlled companies in your area and exciting them with fresh tax planning ideas you can currently apply through a SSAS, perhaps you should refresh your SSAS knowledge by attending one of my special SSAS days.
I run two days on SSAS which will help you exploit these opportunities before A Day.
If your basic knowledge of a SSAS, and all the rules that impact on the sales opportunities, could do with refreshing, join me in Hinckley for my SSAS Foundations day on 15th March. Whether you are an old hand who is just a little rusty on the rules, or a newcomer to the SSAS market, you will walk away from the day confident in your knowledge and able to apply it to create new sales.
If you already know the rules, but want to brush up on how to present the planning opportunities in a simple way to your clients and prospects, or if you want to know how to handle all the objections your clients or their accountants may raise, join me in Hinckley for my SSAS Practical Applications day on 22nd March. This day is designed for advisers who have a basic understanding of SSAS but could benefit from fresh ideas on how to present the benefits clearly and simply to their clients and prospects.
Many advisers out there have already given up talking about SSAS as they are so focussed on what is going to happen to pensions next year. But the opportunities are still with us, and what might happen in 2006 is not going to feed you and your family next month. The market for this kind of advice is bigger than it has ever been before, and there are far fewer people out there giving that advice. Now is the time for you to take action, ensure your clients know about the opportunities while they are still there, and take a lion?s share of the business just waiting to be written.
Ring now and book your place on one of these days before it is too late.
In the meantime, if you are not already on one of our programmes why not come to one of our free Adviser Breakthrough Workshops? You can check for regular workshop updates on our website.
